mospala employs age verification procedures at account registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time to verify a player's age. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately and all funds within the account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable legal requirements. mospala will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player who has misrepresented their age during registration.
The mospala platform is designed and operated to serve adult players in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mospala platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Players who access mospala from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and mospala accepts no liability in such cases.
These Terms apply to all users of the mospala platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other approved access method. mospala reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mospala will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail.
Section 2
To access real-money gaming and betting services on mospala, players must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and a secure password. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on mospala. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mospala reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.
mospala operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of their account lifecycle:
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals or suspension of the account. mospala is not liable for any delays in payment processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate verification submissions.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their mospala account credentials, including username and password. Players must not share their login details with any third party. mospala strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options available in account settings.
mospala accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain appropriate account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
Players may request to close their mospala account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@mospala.org. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be addressed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

mospala supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mospala does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods. The availability of specific payment options may vary and is subject to change at mospala's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's mospala account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be reflected in the account balance. Players must only deposit using payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. mospala targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests received before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests received after this time or on public holidays may be processed on the following business day.
mospala does not charge players a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the player's payment provider (e.g., bKash or their bank) may apply their own transaction charges. mospala is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
All balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions on mospala are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mospala does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any exchange rate costs if their bank account or mobile wallet operates in a currency other than BDT.
Section 4
mospala offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds awarded to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Players are advised to read promotion terms carefully before opting in.
Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, bonuses are available to players who hold a single, verified mospala account in good standing. Players who have been found to have abused bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, the use of automated play, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will be disqualified from current and future promotions and may have their accounts suspended.
mospala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has claimed it, no compensation will be offered. If a player is mid-promotion when a material change is made, mospala will make reasonable efforts to honour the original terms for that player's active bonus cycle.
Section 5
Each game and betting market available on mospala is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before participating. mospala uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino and slot games, ensuring that all outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results.
Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body and the specific market rules published by mospala. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. mospala reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, or where a technical error has resulted in the offering of materially incorrect odds.
Individual game and betting markets may have their own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. mospala reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific player accounts where unusual or potentially fraudulent betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet or game round, mospala will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the affected session from server logs and settle outcomes fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. mospala's decision in such matters is final.
Section 6
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mospala platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
mospala reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms. During a suspension investigation, all pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a legitimate mospala transaction is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is raised, the player's account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any outstanding balance may be offset against the disputed amount. mospala reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargedback funds through appropriate legal channels.
Section 7
mospala is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations toward player wellbeing seriously. The following provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all players.
Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gaming behaviour. mospala makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available and fully operational at all times. However, mospala does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. mospala accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond mospala's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or acts of government).
Gambling involves financial risk and players may lose money. mospala accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the platform in accordance with these Terms. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gaming expenditure responsibly.
The mospala platform incorporates games and services provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. mospala acts as a distributor of these services and is not responsible for the underlying software, RNG certification, or game rules of third-party titles beyond what is disclosed on the platform. Any malfunction originating within third-party software will be governed by the terms of that provider's certification and mospala's own error resolution procedures outlined in Section 5.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mospala's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the support team at support@mospala.org to initiate a formal complaint. mospala will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a resolution within 28 business days of receipt.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the mospala Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the player and mospala with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
